The Sign Boy (thesignboy.com) is a Signs OverNITE guide site. Orders are placed and shipped by our online stores, so the store you buy from handles returns and shipping. Here is a summary; the store’s own Returns page is the full policy.

Returns

• Chrome products (chrome emblems, chrome letters & numbers and other chrome items): unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays the return shipping. Refunds are issued the same day the returned item is received.
• Stickers and decals: all stickers and decals are custom printed, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Contact us before returning an item so we can review the order and give you the correct next step.

• Priority Shipping $9.95 (default for U.S. orders) · Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) $4.95 · Overnight Shipping $38.85
• Standard and Priority shipping are free on U.S. orders over $55.00 USD. Overnight is always charged.
• International Shipping $28.85 applies to every order shipping outside the United States.
